Peanut Butter and Banana Recovery Smoothie

1 Cup coconut milk (plain or vanilla flavored)
1 Banana
2 Tablespoons peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)
1 ½ Tablespoons honey
¼ cup ice
Throw everything into your favorite blender, and let her rip!
