Low Carb Chili
Chiropractic Tempe AZ Recipe Ingredients:
1 1/4 lb ground beef
8 oz tomato paste
1 1/2 chopped tomatoes
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup yellow onion, chopped
2 celery sticks, chopped
3/4 cup water
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
Brown meat over medium to high heat in a large skillet. Drain off fat and add ½ tsp of salt when meat is almost finished cooking.
Add onions and peppers to pan and cook until onions are translucent.
Add tomatoes, celery, water, and tomato paste and combine.
Bring to boil, reduce heat to low and let simmer for 1-2 hours – stir every 30 minutes.
