1 large head of steamed cauliflower steamed
½ cup nonfat greek yogurt
1-2 cups warm milk
2 Tablespoons of butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Additional seasonings…to taste
Add all ingredients to Ninja blender or Food processor till well blended. Ranch seasoning or roasted garlic are a fantastic addition…or use both!
