Choose Your Protein
Beef: Brown meat first
Lamb: Brown meat first
Chicken: Throw it in (feet, neck & all)
Fish: throw it in (heads, fins & all)
Choose Your Veggies
For More Flavor
Put all ingredients into a large pot or crockpot.
Cover ingredients with water.
Add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
Bring water to a boil, then reduce heat to low and slow baby.
Let simmer for 6 hours minimum! (chicken broth can simmer for up to 24 hours; beef or lamb broth can simmer for up to 48 hours)
Skim off fat as it arises.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Discard solids and drain liquid in a colander.
Cover and chill, and you’re done!
Use within 1 week OR freeze for up to 3 months.
